This single varietal wine is all made from one vineyard plot which gently slopes in a south easterly direction, it expresses everything that English white wine has become famous for. A bright and clear wine, which has been fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve a mouth-watering acidity, with notes of elderflower, citrus peel and green apple on the nose as well as elegant herbaceous undertones.
