Bacchus grapes are grown from one single plot in the south easterly slopes of the Woodlands Vineyard. It is a bright clear wine, which has been fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve a mouth-watering acidity. It expresses everything that an English white wine has become know for. With notes of elderflower, citrus and green apple. Well-balanced with elegant herbaceous undertones.
