Bacchus grapes are grown from one single plot in the south slopes of the Woodlands Vineyard. It is a bright clear wine, which has been fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve a mouth-watering acidity. It expresses everything that an English white wine has become know for. Rich and opulent with layers of elderflower, grapefruit and pineapple. A smooth warming character that lingers on the finish.
